Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy applies to every CloudHostingID service, including websites, email, hosting, VPS, cloud servers, and network connections. You are responsible for use of the service by your users, staff, and anyone you give access to.

Do not use the service for

  • Activity that breaks the law of Indonesia or the law that applies to you or your users.
  • Malware, botnets, unauthorized access to another system, or attacks against another network.
  • Phishing, fraud, impersonation, or other deceptive schemes.
  • Unsolicited bulk email or other spam, including mail sent from another network that points to a site on our service.
  • Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
  • Sexual content involving minors. That material is removed and reported to the authorities.
  • Use that overloads the platform or interferes with other customers, including unapproved cryptocurrency mining and open mail relays.

Mail and network use

Mailing lists must be sent only to people who asked to receive them, and each message must include a working way to unsubscribe. You may not scan, probe, or attempt to gain access to systems you do not own or have permission to test.

What we may do

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may ask you to stop the activity, remove the material, rate-limit the service, or suspend it. Serious or repeated abuse, or a legal requirement, can lead to cancellation without a refund of the unused period. We may preserve logs and cooperate with a lawful request from an authority.

Reports

To report abuse of a CloudHostingID service, contact us through the Client Area and include the address or domain involved and a short description of the problem.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. If the two conflict, the Terms of Service decide the account and billing questions, and this policy decides whether a particular use is allowed.
