Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains how CloudHostingID handles information when you use this website, the Client Area, the Billing Portal, and related hosting, domain, development, and networking services.
Information we collect
- Account details you submit, such as your name, email address, organization, and login credentials.
- Billing details needed to issue invoices, record payments, and renew services.
- Service details, including domains, hosting accounts, support tickets, and project requests.
- Technical records generated while the service runs, such as IP address, timestamps, and resource use, which we use to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use it
We use this information to create and manage your account, deliver the service you ordered, send invoices and service notices, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the service. That includes the billing system at billing.cloudhostingid.com, infrastructure used to host a service you ordered, and a public authority when the law requires it. Each party may only use the information for that purpose.
Content you store
You keep responsibility for personal information that you, your staff, or your users place on a hosting account, website, or application we provide. You need your own lawful basis for that information. We process it only to host and support the service you asked for.
How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records for as long as the service is active, and afterwards for as long as needed for invoices, disputes, security, and legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period unless a security incident or legal duty requires longer.
Your requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to limit how it is used, where the law gives you that right. Send the request through the Client Area. We may need to keep some records, such as paid invoices, even after an account is closed.
Security
We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No online service can promise that information will never be exposed. Please keep your password private and tell us through the Client Area if you believe an account has been misused.
Children
CloudHostingID services are provided to businesses, schools, and other organizations. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the service after that date means the updated policy applies.
