Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the CloudHostingID website, Client Area, Billing Portal, or order a service from us. If a written order describes a different scope, price, or timeline for a particular project, that order applies to that project and these terms cover everything else.

Services

CloudHostingID provides domain registration, web hosting, VPS and cloud servers, web development, system development, and networking services. The service you receive is the one described in your order or invoice. Domain names are also subject to the rules of the relevant registry.

Accounts

You must give accurate contact and billing details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by people you allow to use it. Keep login details private and tell us through the Client Area if you believe they have been exposed.

Fees and renewal

Fees, billing periods, and renewal dates are shown in the order and in the Billing Portal. Recurring services renew unless you cancel them before the renewal date. If an invoice is not paid by the due date, we may suspend or cancel the related service. Suspension does not remove the amount owed.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use a service to break the law, harm other networks, or interfere with other customers.

Your content

You keep ownership of the websites, files, and data you place on the service. You give CloudHostingID permission to host, copy, and transmit that material only as needed to provide the service, make backups, and meet legal duties. You are responsible for having the rights required to use that material.

Development work

Custom websites and systems are delivered according to the scope agreed before the work starts. Requests outside that scope can be quoted separately. Unless the order says otherwise, you receive the right to use the delivered work for the purpose it was built for, and pre-existing tools or libraries remain under their own licenses.

Availability

We work to keep services reliable. Maintenance, upstream network faults, registry delays, and events outside our control can still cause an interruption. A specific uptime commitment applies only when it is written into the order for that service.

Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend or cancel a service if payment is overdue, these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are broken, or we must do so to protect the platform, other customers, or to comply with the law. You may cancel a service from the Client Area or Billing Portal. Cancelling stops future renewal. Fees already due remain payable, and prepaid periods are not refunded unless the order or a law that cannot be waived says otherwise.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, CloudHostingID is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect loss. Our total liability for a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service during the three months before the claim. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including liability for fraud or for harm that cannot legally be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The new date at the top shows when it took effect. If you keep using the service after that date, the updated terms apply.
